Step 1: Research
The first step to getting the home of your dreams is knowing what you want. What style of house are you looking for? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want? What features would you like to have? Use this site to explore the models, floor plans and customization options we have available.

Step 2: Customize Your Design
We will work with you on your home design. This is where you match your desires and needs with a provided floor plan or one of your own. You can also revise the plan as much as necessary until you are satisfied with the design of your home. We make customization easy. Many of the homes we build are customized from the original plan. From here, we will order your home from the modular home provider. In the meantime, we will begin site preparation and you can look forward to moving into your new home in as little as six weeks.
